Services

Your healing process is unique, there is no “one-size fits all”.

We all have a story to tell, some more painful than others. That pain is not something you are responsible to hold onto. You are worthy of the space and energy to heal, and while the path of healing can be difficult and tiring, it is not something you have to do alone. I am here to listen and support you, teach you new skills, and help you discover how strong you really are.

Individual Sessions

Individual counseling is a great place to start, or pick back up again. We will discuss together your goals for counseling, what you hope to gain or leave behind.
Reasons for seeking individual counseling may include (and are not limited to):
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Substance Use & Prevention
- Relationship support (intimate partner or family)
- LGBTQ
- Burnout
and many more…

Trauma-Informed

It is essential that the space for healing from our trauma is safe and supportive. As a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, I have completed many hours of continuing education and training to provide trauma-informed services.

Models utilized include:
- Community Resilience Model
- Trauma Focused CBT
- DBT and Mindfulness
- Mind Body Connection

Group Therapy

Groups may be offered based on client interest. Group meeting frequency may vary from once a week to once a month, again, depending on group needs. Groups have a process and psycho-educational focus, where members learn while also building support among each other.

At this time, groups will be offered virtually, unless social distancing can be practiced.

Groups may include:
- Teen Support
- Substance Use
- Wellness and Mental Health
- Anxiety and Depression
- Grief and Loss

Family & Couples Sessions

It can be restorative and beneficial for family members, children, or significant others to participate in the counseling process. Let’s discuss what your family or relationship goals are, and make a plan to work toward that relationship goal.
