In Office/Teletherapy Session (45-60 minutes): $145+
Couples/Family Session (45-60 minutes): $175+
In Office/Teletherapy Sessions (extended/other): Inquire directly for rates.

Clients will be provided notice and information regarding rate increases, when they occur.

Payment is due in full at time of service.

Payments accepted: Credit Card, Cash, Check, FSA and HSA.

Out of Network

Insurance companies will often reimburse you for services that are out-of-network. Clients pay out of pocket for services, I provide a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. It is recommended that you check with your insurance company about reimbursement rates prior to attending the first session. At time time, I am not providing out of network billing.

Self Pay

Benefits to self pay:

  1. No diagnosis needed - Insurance companies, to cover services, will ask for a diagnosis after the first session. Some clients prefer to not have this information on their record with the insurance company. It also takes longer than one session to build a relationship, so this initial diagnosis may not be accurate.

  2. No service limitations - Insurance companies can place a limitation on how many sessions they will cover. Self pay allows the clients to attend as many sessions as they see fit, to continue their services. This alleviates pressure and creates space for the client to reach their full potential.

  3. Confidentiality - Insurance companies may have access to certain treatment or diagnosis information. Self pay allows you to maintain the disconnect from them, and having personal information released.

Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please be sure to do so within 24 hours of your appointment. Appointments cancelled less than 24 hours before are subject to full session rate.
